Smoothie, Banana

  • Cooking from the Good Food Box

Try adding spinach to your smoothie to increase your daily vegetable servings. Spinach blends in well without affecting the taste.  Kale is good too, but maybe add a little cinnamon for more flavour. 

If you have bananas going bad, peel them and throw them into the freezer for smoothies.
