Oven Potato Wedges
Oven Potato Wedges
4-6 potatoes
2-3 Tbsp Olive oil (or any other oil)
Salt & Pepper
Other seasonings such as paprika, rosemary, etc
Parmesan (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut potatoes into wedges or pieces. Put in large bowl and stir in oil and seasonings.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until crispy. Stir every 20 minutes.
Take out of oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
