Grandma O's Buns

An easy recipe… enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups warm water
  • 8 T sugar
  • 6 T oil
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 T Fermipan yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 7-8 cups of flour, enough to make a workable dough

Instructions

Mix yeast and four cups of flour. In separate large bowl, beat eggs, sugar oil and water. Pour into flour/yeast mixture and blend well. Add remaining flour and salt. Let rise 15 minutes. Punch down, let rise another 15 minutes. Punch down and form into buns and place on pans. Let rise one hour and back at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
