Saskatoon FNUniv Relocates

  • EFN Staff | February 19, 2014

The First Nations University of Canada's Saskatoon campus has found a new location.

FNUniv has signed a new lease in the English River First Nation Business Complex.

FSIN Vice-Chief Bobby Cameron calls the moving an exciting endeavour, noting that the institution can now focus on education.

"Our focus is on the priorities of the FNUniv students enrolled at all three campuses."

He says the school will undertake a "strategic repositioning of program offerings" in Saskatoon.

Faced with financial difficulties, the university was forced to sell its previous Saskatoon building.

The move is expected to be completed by this July.
