Nekaneet First Nation has a mix of incumbent and new on its chief and council.

The band held its election on March 26.

Jordi Fourhorns was re-elected as chief, as was incumbent councillor Wes Daniels.

Two new councillors are Alvin Francis and Dale Mosquito.

Chief and council serve three-year terms.
