With the exception of one councillor, Muscowpetung First Nation has elected an entirely new chief and council.

The new chief is Anthony Cappo.

The new councillors are Leonard Anaquod, Melissa Tavita, Joyce Keepness, and Cliff Lerat.

The incumbent councillor is Byron Toto.

Chief and council were elected on April 3 and will serve two-year terms.
