Montreal Lake Cree Nation results

Montreal Lake Cree Nation has re-elected its incumbent chief.

Edward Henderson defeated challenger Alphonse Bird, former FSIN chief, by nearly three times as many votes: 747 to 287 votes. The third candidate for chief, Theresa Halkett, earned 96 votes. 

Councillors include Roger I. Bird, Dirk McDonald, Jarret Nelson and Frank James Roberts in Montreal Lake; Fred Halkett and Jamie Halkett in Little Red; Darrell Naytowhow as urban councillor; and Sydney Nelson in Weyakwin/Timber Bay.
