Meadow Lake Tribal Council has re-elected incumbent Dwayne Lasas from the Waterhen Lake First Nation as its Vice-Chief.

There are 49 eligible voters from the nine First Nations that make up the MLTC.

During last week's election, Lasas received 44 votes, defeating Francis C. Iron from the Canoe Lake Cree Nation, who received 5 votes.
