The Regina Police Service is asking the public for their help in locating a fifteen year-old male who has been missing since the morning of March 3^rd, 2016.

Fifteen year-old Teagan Casper Kelly MANITOPYES (DOB: 2000/11/04), of Regina, was last seen on the 4500 block of 2^ndAvenue at around 8:00 a.m., March 3^rd, 2016.

Teagan MANITOPYES is described as male, 5’6” tall, approximately 125 lbs, Aboriginal, thin build, with fair complexion, short black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, red shoes, and a black jacket or hoodie.

There is no reason to believe that MANITOPYES has come to harm, however he is vulnerable because of his age and police need to locate him to confirm that he is safe.
