The Prince Albert RCMP detachment is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing person identified as 13-year-old male Skyshun Michel. Michel was last seen in Prince Albert in the afternoon on 2015-10-12. MIichel is described as 4'6" , 106Ibs, medium length brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black and grey sweater, jeans and black high-top shoes.
