FOUND: Lionel Gerard OBEY

The Regina Police Service is asking the public for their help in locating a 16 year-old male youth who was last seen on Wednesday, September 17th, 2014 and reported missing to police on September 22nd, 2014.

Sixteen year-old Lionel Gerald OBEY: (1997/10/07), of Regina, is described as male, Aboriginal, dark complexion, approximately 5’9” tall, 146 lbs., athletic build, straight black hair (long enough for a ponytail), and brown eyes. OBEY was last seen riding east on a bicycle at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17th, 2014 on Albert Street and Lakeview Avenue. OBEY has a scar on his right hand from his wrist to his knuckles and a two inch by one inch scar on his left shin between his knee and ankle.

There is no reason to believe that
OBEY has come to harm, however he is vulnerable because of his age and police need to locate him.

Anyone who has information that could help the police locate OBEY is asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 777-6500 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
