The Regina Police Service is asking the public for their help in locating a thirteen year-old male who has been missing since February 29^th, 2016.

Thirteen year-old Arrow Dillon Gerald MANITOPYES (DOB: 2002/06/26), of Regina, was last seen at approximately 3:00 p.m. on February 29^th, 2016, leaving the 1700 block of Elphinstone Street. 

Arrow MANITOPYES is described as male, 5’9” tall, approximately 180 lbs, Aboriginal, medium build, with medium complexion, short brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey baseball cap, blue jeans, and a grey hoodie.

There is no reason to believe that MANITOPYES has come to harm, however he is vulnerable because of his age and police need to locate him to confirm that he is safe.
